Always arrive fifteen minutes early to the interview if not more.
Plan your route in advance and if need be do a dry run.
Fill out all applications neatly and completely. Write negotiable in the salary needed section.
Greet the interviewer by his/her surname with a smile and a firm handshake.
Wait to be seated.
Never smoke even if it is offered.
Do not answer questions with a simple “yes” or “no”.
Always use examples of previous successes to sell yourself.
Don’t waffle on. Answer questions to the point.
Always talk about previous employers and colleagues in a positive light.
Try to avoid discussing salaries in initial interviews.
Tell your possible employer what you are going to do for them,.
