The Recruiter Hot 100 list is compiled to celebrate the achievements of the key players in the recruitment industry over the past 12 months. The survey itself is designed to show which companies are most equipped to deal with the current economic climate. The survey measures the gross profit per employee and the ranking given to each company provides a clear indication of how well that business is using its employees to secure a profit.
