Our Rail Division offers a wide range of Recruitment Services providing all levels of technical and Managerial candidates for Permanent and Contract positions in the Rail Industry. We also have divisions providing Recruitment services in Mechanical/Electrical, Secretarial/Admin, and Construction Trade & Labour.

We are a founder member of RICA and we are constantly working with Network Rail and Contractors to adopt "best practice" or trials in an attempt to improve deliverables. We thus are perceived as leaders in the industry and have close contacts with PSLG, ORR, RIA and other influential groups.

Coyle Rail are certified for both ISO:9001 and ISO:18001.

Our Managers and Senior consultants have all experienced within the Railway sector and all hold a minimum of a PTS and are IOSH trained. 

We are a National supplier of Railway resources with regional offices in Harrow, Central London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Maidstone (Kent), Reading, Glasgow and Chelmsford. 

Coyle Rail has a team dedicated to training and assessment. This supports our own resources and is also available as a service to other contractors outside of Coyle Rail, offering initial & re certification training and safety critical assessments. 

Coyle's Rail Division has it's own internal Quality Control Department, which includes safety critical compliance, document control, A1/A2 assessment and health & safety site surveys, along with internal procedures to ensure their Link-Up codes are adhered to. Alongside this, they hold QUENSH Accreditation for the provisional supply of LUL staff.
