Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Marketing Team!
Please note this is a 6-month fixed term contract.
The office is based in Crew but moving to Stoke in September
Your main responsibilities
- Proof a wide range of documents, copy and images to an exceptionally high level in quick timeframes
- Work with the digital team to upload content and artwork to our retailer intranet portal Competitor and Consumer Knowledge
- Research competitors by identifying and evaluating sector characteristics including market share, pricing, and advertising
- Plan meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating key deliverables
About You
- Time management and working at a fast pace to tight deadlines
- An understanding of budget management and reporting
- Attention to detail and copywriting skills: spelling, grammar and proof-reading
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced)
