We are currently recruiting for temporary Data Entry Assistants. This role would suit someone with great attention to detail who can do repetitive work for long periods of time without losing focus.
The roles are 25 hours per week and the working hours are 5.00PM-10PM Monday - Friday.
Please note this is NOT a remote role.
Due to lack of public transport you will need your own transport to get there.
As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be an essential member of the team, responsible for the swift and efficient processing of incoming donation forms, order forms and associated payments which will be in the form of credit/debit cards and cheques. You will be responsible for validating orders and donation forms against the payment type and amount, ensuring that these are processed as accurately as possible. There will also be a requirement to check cheques against orders and donations processed by others to ensure that these are 100% accurate before being submitted to the bank.
We are looking for a methodical person who has great attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy at all times. You will be highly numerate with good communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be capable of effectively managing your own workload with the ability to maintain calm under pressure. Ideally, you will also have experience of data entry.
