Job Description

Working within a busy office environment, the ideal candidate will be a motivated and responsible individual with a good level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail. The role will require working to agreed hourly and daily input targets with minimal levels of error.
 
Role, Duties, and Responsibilities
 
  • Inputting data into several specialised software programs, following instructions that vary by client
  • Validating scanned forms to ensure forms, donor information and payment types are matching
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and an understanding of the implications of any input errors
 
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies
  • Good computer skills, experience of Microsoft Office and bespoke systems
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work to targets in line with business priorities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain calm
  • Experience of working within a team
Working hours
 
Working Monday - Friday 11.30-20.00 or 14.00 - 22.00
