To act as Co-ordinator supporting the Training and Competency Management for all personnel working for the Rail Division on all Railway Infrastructures.
Ensure that all operational and administrative processes that support the Training and Competency Management of all Rail staff are completed accurately, timely and to Company Procedures and Sentinel Scheme Rules.
To be aware of and promote Company Policies for Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management.
Learning & Development Team Leader to nominate Deputy to cover all essential parts of Training and Assessment Co-Coordinator role during periods of leave or absence.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong attention to detail, good administrative and computer skills and be able to follow detailed processes accurately.
Good communication/organisational skills and an ability to work on their own initiative without supervision is essential.
Ideally, the person should have experience of working in railway and/or recruitment industries and have a sound understanding of the Sentinel System and Competency Systems.
The individual should have, and maintain, basic rail competencies (PTS & LUL Entry permit). (Preferred)
