Job Description

We require a Quantity Surveyor to work for a forward-thinking construction company, on a site based in Lincolnshire, but who can also work on site in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in both housing who’s worked on social housing ideally would be better suited in terms of experience, who knows contracts and rent to market, with a proven track record in a similar role. Salary negotiable.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an up and coming company with boundless opportunities and room for ideas, so we are looking for someone proactive who can problem solve and use initiative and cooperation. 
In particular, this role will be responsible for managing the contractual and financial side of the projects, managing all costs to ensure the projects are completed within budget. Based both in the head office and on site(s).
