Coyle Personnel require a Site Manager on a freelance basis for a Commercial Unit Fit-Out project based in Bedford
To be considered for this opportunity you must have at least 5yrs experience as a Site Manager on similar projects for medium/large sized contractors and be available for the full term of the contract (6 weeks).
Site Manager Profile:
You must have experience working on similar types of projects.
And hold the following essential certifications and cards:

You must be able to control subcontract packages, have a professional and courteous manner and have a good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office for any additional admin duties required.
Strong organisational skills with proven time management skills is essential for the role as you be in charge of the management of subcontractors, H&S, short term programming, Q/A, welfare, logistics and daily running of the site.
A focus on health & safety in line with covid-19 site regulations is required and to also to be pro-active in communication with site staff, contract and operations managers for reports and documentation.
The role is mainly supervision and control, so 80% of the daily role will be to oversee and direct the subcontractors and workforce and then also liaising with the client on a daily basis, who own the properties close to the project work area and be a professional face of the client build on the excellent relationship already in place.
