Job Description

Experienced Business Developer/Recruiter in Healthcare Sector

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is to find new clients and improve business levels with current clients to gross profit. Assist your line manager with the recruitment, training and management of junior members of the team.

Key Tasks:

- Operating a 360-recruitment desk

- Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits

- Resourcing for temp roles

- Achieve set targets

- Regular update of all Adapt activity

- Generate GP

- Training and support of junior team members

- Adhering to company procedures

- Ad hoc duties



- Competitive salary

A minimum of 12 months recruitment experience and knowledge of the specific field applied for is required. Billings and basic salary are to be proven through three months’ pay slips, so a competitive basic salary can be negotiated and offered.
