Job Description:

This role consists of finding new clients and improve business levels with current clients to gross profit. Assist your line manager with the recruitment, training and management of junior members of the team.

Key Tasks:

  • Operating a 360-recruitment desk
  • Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits
  • Resourcing for temp roles
  • Achieve set targets
  • Regular update of all Adapt activity
  • Generate GP
  • Training and support of junior team members
  • Adhering to company procedures
  • Ad hoc duties

A minimum of six months of sales experience is required. If you have experience as a recruitment consultant in the healthcare sector, this would be seen as desirable.
