Medical 24 is a healthcare recruitment company which offers staffing solutions for a wide range of specialist areas. This can include providing temporary staff to the NHS as well as a range of private clients and hospitals.

We cover last-minute emergencies to long term placements and are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We place a strong emphasis on providing the best possible service which is fully managed by our experienced teams. Our priority is to ensure high-quality care is at the heart of everything we do.

Recruitment Consultant

We have 15 clients around the UK who we supply General Nursing to, but we don’t develop much on the specialist side.  We would want someone to come in and build relationships with these clients to fulfil their specialist requirement, and potentially bring their own business as well (although 360 experience is not required if you have experience it's deemed as a bonus).  

Responsibilities of the role:

- Assist your line manager to fill a high volume of live vacancies
- Achieve all set KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) 
- Identify client needs and ensure their bookings are filled daily 
- Source candidates through networking, placing job adverts, job boards and social media
- Provide advice to candidates on career opportunities and improve their CV for tender


At least 1 - 2  years of experience working in Healthcare Recruitment placing theatres, paediatrics, chemotherapy, intensive care (ITU), or A&E nurses. This is an extremely fast-paced role and so the successful applicants will need to be organised, proactive and success driven.
