Currently looking for a Business Development Manager for a growing building maintenance company.

Our client is a known fit-out company who have a growing maintenance arm. They are looking for an outgoing, positive Business Development person to help secure maintenance contracts in and around the local area.

Requirements

• Some experience of building maintenance is required to assist with tenders and bids
• Good customer facing skills are essential
• Sales background beneficial
