Job Description

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for the opportunity to join a fun and vibrant team? Finance Administrator role responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier purchase orders and entering onto the database
  • Checking and processing credit card statements
  • Arranging payment to suppliers via online banking
  • Processing supplier credits
  • Process customer payments on the database
  • Assist customers with setting up credit accounts
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Monitoring the company bank accounts using internet banking
  • Re-ordering office and stores supplies
  • Assist with the processing of customer returns


As an experienced Finance Administrator, you will be/have:
