Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer, with commercial building maintenance experience to work on a temporary basis for a miniumum of 6 weeks

Our client is a long established building maintenance contractor with prestigious contracts across London. 

The Building Maintenance Engineer will be required to carry out a wide variety of PPM and reactive maintenance tasks to an existing office environment. 

Some of the tasks will include:

• Carrying out daily inspections
• Carry out reactive repairs
• General fabric repairs
• Provide assistance to the Contract Supervisor / Contract Manager
• Oversee the monitoring of the buildings mechanical and electrical facilities
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance checks
• Carry out other engineering and facilities tasks as requested by the customer or via the helpdesk
• Carry out basic building fabric tasks

Requirements

• Must have either electrical or mechanical qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar customer-facing role
