Due to a change in contractual need, we need a Maintenance Electrician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to a static office building in Ealing

About the Role

The Maintenance Electrician, you’ll ensure all electrical systems within our offices operate safely and efficiently. From carrying out preventative maintenance to responding to day-to-day issues, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace for the buildings office staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs across the office.

• Performing fault-finding, testing, and planned preventative maintenance.

• Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and small power systems.

• Ensuring all work meets electrical regulations and company safety standards.

• Assisting with general facilities tasks and responding to helpdesk requests.

• Liaising with external contractors during all facilities related projects.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).

• Experience working in commercial or office environments.

• Strong fault-finding abilities and a commitment to safety.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) is desirable but not essential.

This is an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend or become permanent for the right person
