oyle Personnel is looking for a Senior Complex Care Co-ordinator

Salary offered: 25-32k p.a

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Brief overview of the role:

Develop and manage client relationships within the home care team
Complete monthly reports and care package schedules within deadlines
Allocate shifts to the care team and promptly fill any schedule gaps with suitable staff
Conduct quality monitoring of service users
Participate in the on-call rota
You must be approachable with excellent customer service skills and experience
Must be a clear communicator with excellent telephone manners and highly organised and self-motivated.
