Job Description

Coyle Personnel pride ourselves on delivering exceptional payroll and administrative services to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll and Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timesheet Management: Identify and transfer timesheets to company cover sheets for processing against payroll deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Send out digital timesheets to clients for signing and follow up as necessary.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile timesheet hours against reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Booking System Management: Use our booking system to track processed and outstanding timesheets on a weekly basis.
  • Pay Queries: Resolve pay queries by identifying and correcting any processing errors or omissions.
  • Pay Advances: Arrange pay advances through our payroll team and umbrella companies when necessary.
  • Client Admin Tasks: Complete weekly administrative tasks required by our clients.
  • Contract Management: Set up and amend contracts as needed.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payment setups and changes.
  • ADHOC Admin Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as ordering PPE, booking DNAS, and converting CVs.

  • Proven experience in payroll and administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using booking and payroll systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
