Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Machine Operatives to work for our client based on the outskirts of York.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and clean production of products including
carrying out specific operations within the production process such as intake, plant cleaning, and basic maintenance.

This role involves shift work, and post-holders are expected to follow the rota system.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with high standards, who can remain accurate while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably applicants would have previous experience within a production/manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Adherence to safe working practices and Health and Safety instructions.
• Safe and clean production of products and other Company produce.
• Optimise usage of machinery and the running of all press lines at all times during your
  work.
• Responsible for site housekeeping to the highest standards.
