Job Description

Job Title – Build Administrator

Location – Oldham

Salary -  £22k per annum

Start Date – Position is available ASAP

Job Description

Coyle Personnel is recruiting for a building administrator for a retail fit-out client in Oldham.

The successful applicant needs to be reliable, already have experience in a similar role or have knowledge of the building trade and products associated with.

Must be flexible as our site hours are 7 am to 7 pm and sometimes may need to be contactable out of normal office hours which are 8 am - 4.30 pm.

Duties to include (but not limited to):

  • Dealing with Site Managers and Contracts Managers on a daily basis, placing orders for suppliers and sub-contractors as required.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure best costs paid for materials.
  • Raising sales orders and sales invoices for Build projects as required
  • Ensuring all systems are kept up to date
  • Signing off invoices and credit notes as required
  • Compiling O&M manuals at the end of projects
  • General admin duties
