Job Description

A market-leading residential groundworks contractor with offices in Essex are looking to appoint Quantity Surveyors of all levels to commercially manage a significant portfolio of work in 2021.

The company deliver groundworks and civil engineering services to the housebuilding industry, typically working on developments of up to 150 units for the largest housebuilders in the country.

Responsibilities

• You will be fully responsible for the commercial management of groundworks packages valued up to £7m at a time.
• You will be managing procurement, measuring, cost reports, payments and general ongoing financial administration of the project.

Experience

• You will need proven experience of working in groundworks or civils environment, and ideally, be degree qualified, or working towards it.
