Job Description

A national PLC housebuilder with offices in Essex is looking to appoint Quantity Surveyors of all levels to commercially manage a huge portfolio of work in 2021. The company deliver approx 10,000 units per annum across the UK, and will typically have up to 12 live developments throughout Essex and the surrounding regions. A typical project can consist of up to 200 units of traditionally built homes, usually on greenfield sites.

Responsibilities

You will be commercially managing all aspects of up to three projects at once (dependent on your experience), including procurement, measuring, cost reports, payments and general financial administration of the project.

Experience

You will need proven experience of working in a residential construction environment, and ideally, be degree qualified or working towards it.
