Job Description: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)

Location: Devon

Pay Rates: £30-£45 per hour

 

We are looking for Community Mental Health Nurses (Band 6) with NHS experience in Devon!

Your Experience

 

• A minimum one-year previous experience of working within a Community Mental Health Team
• Proven ability to deliver tailored patient care meeting all aspects of their nutritional, physical and emotional needs
• Proven history of successfully working at part of a team towards delivering exceptional care to residents and patients
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the UK in order to be considered
• Possessing a current and active NMC pin number
• The completion of a full enhanced DBS check (Disclosure Baring service)
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• A valid NHS smart card
• A full valid UK Driving License
• A valid PMVA/Breakaway certificate from a BILD accredited provider

Working hours and benefits

 

We currently have a large variety of CPN roles in Devon, including but not limited to:

 

• Community Recovery Teams (Working age)
• Early Intervention in Psychosis
• Older Adult Community Mental Health Teams
• Memory Clinic / Dementia Pathway Teams
• Triage/Single Point of Access (SPA)
• CAMHS Tier 3
• Crisis Teams (Working age/CAMHS)
• Psych Liaison Teams

 

CPN roles in Devon are paying:

 

Weekdays - £30 - £38 per hour

Nights/Saturdays - £35 - £42 per hour

Sunday/BH - £37 - £45 per hour

 

Typically these roles are advertised as 3 Month block bookings however we have had candidates in the same contracts as long as 4.5 years.
