One of our top growing clients is looking for people who have a natural flair of building relationships with people over the telephone. You will be working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm and get an early finish at 4.30pm on a Friday. Due to the location, you will require your own transport to get to this location.
The client will look at people that work in high-end retail and targeted environments, and initially, this job is about generating new business from new customers by phoning companies who are known to buy electronic components – we provide full training on how to approach customers.
All enquiries for parts received from these new customers will be handled exclusively by the Account Manager. They will be responsible for sourcing stock and quoting the customer. When orders are received from customers, the jobholder will purchase the stock. They will also chase suppliers to ensure that delivery dates are met. Once new customers have placed orders the jobholder will have sole responsibility for managing these accounts and will earn a commission from all sales made to these customers.
The company prides itself on providing excellent Customer Service, and our Account Managers develop good working relationships with the buyers at their new customers, as we believe this is vital to winning orders. Accompanied by the Sales Manager, Account Managers can expect to visit their Top Customers once a year, and other customers who we think are growing or have big potential as the need arises.
