Answer all calls and put them through to the relevant person/department.
Keep a log of all keys related to the building.
Telephone list up to date
Keep diary of all meeting rooms and bookings.
Check daily emails for restaurant bookings i.e. Lunches
Restaurant menu to up updated every week for the Intranet
Ad-Hoc any kitchen paperwork that may be required
Run Labels for Residential Sales/Post Room
Report any issues to the vending companies i.e. Drinks/Food machines
Keep the downstairs kitchen stocked with provisions (collect these from Canteen)
Book Taxis when required
Take receipt of all cars in/out for Fleet department
Scan any documents that may be required
Weekly fire alarm test
Twice yearly fire evacuation
Cover all Sickness
Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16: 30
