Job Description

Electrical Test Engineer

We are a property maintenance and construction company who works for a range of leading estate agents and building management agents within the M25 and outer areas.

We are currently recruiting engineers to join our NICEIC Team.

The electrician’s package:

Fuel, congestion charges, parking, and all work-related costs paid for via the company

Training where needed/required

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Optional overtime/weekend works

The ideal candidate will possess the following (Preferable qualifications) and must have min of 3 years in this role advertised:

  • City and Guilds 2330 Level 3 or City and guilds 2365 level 3
  • City and guilds 2391-52 level 3 (there are older variants of this that we can also look at)
  • 18th Edition wiring Regulations City and guilds 2382-18
  • City and guilds 2377 level 3

The candidate must:

  • Have a strong knowledge of testing and inspecting, coding defects, and pricing remedial works.
  • PAT testing
  • Fault finding.
  • Confident at reactive works and problem-solving.
  • Ability to use NICEIC online and filling out EICRs
  • Have access to a vehicle/van
  • CIS registered
