Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, well organised, methodical Site Manager for an opportunity with a forward-thinking construction business, based in Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire to start by mid-June 2022. We would ideally like someone experienced in both housing projects with experience of working with the NHBC. Someone who’s worked on social housing ideally would be better suited in terms of experience, who knows contracts and rent to market, with a proven track record in a similar role. Initially will be responsible for a development consisting of just over 100 units. Salary negotiable.

In particular this role involves:

  • Planning and preparation, continually evolving as the site develops.
  • Building on time and on budget.
  • Planning and managing trades and materials, managing build stages, trades, material orders and call-offs in a timely and methodical manner.
  • Delivering properties to the highest quality, following specifications.
  • Managing Health & Safety.
  • Site Inductions, site permits.

This is commencing mid june for a 2 year contract permanant on this site.
