Job Description

Our Client a Kent based Main Contractor/Developer who specialise in high end Fit out and Refurbishment within the Industrial, Retail, Leisure, Commercial, Heritage & Restoration, and Private Residential sectors currently seek an experienced Site Manager to cover holiday absence for 10 days on one of their Residential Refurbishment projects in the Maida Vale area.

There is a high possibility of being transferred to pen one of their other projects in the W1 area for a period of 4 weeks on completion.

Requirements

It is essential that you are available pretty much immediately and hold an SMSTS certificate along with a Black or Management CSCS Card.

The project consists of the high end fit out and refurbishment of 4 flats in Maida vale 

Duties will be:

  • Comfortable with and have a good understanding of full residential fit out procedures
  • Able to run a site and drive the quality and standards of the sub-contractors.
  • Capable of resolving queries on site. Used to being No 1 on site.
  • Meticulous and fully committed to high quality workmanship.
  • Good IT literacy.
  • Must be a good communicator and be able to lead the team.
  • Monitor and Control Works Progress
