Job Description

We are currently looking for a building maintenance engineer to work in central London

The Building Maintenance engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within a commercial office environment

Work will include, water temperature checks, water quality checks, flick tests, fire alarm checks, ballast changing, plant room planned works, plus many more

The role includes a large element of managing sub contractors, issuing RAMS and a high level of communication with the end client

You will need to have a good all round building maintenance knowledge, honed from at least 5 years experience within a building maintenance enviornment

Ideally electrically qualified to a minimum of 18th edition with solid plumbing / HVAC experience

This role requires 1 to 2 Saturdays per month, carrying out FCU cleaning and managing sub contractors on specialist works
