Job Description

Due to a recent contract win, we are currently looking for a hands on Maintenance Supervisor / Lead Electrician to manager a small team of building maintenance engineers within a commercial building in central London

The hands on Maintenance Supervisor / Lead Electrician will be responsible

• Daily walk arounds
• Allocating PPM and reactive tasks
• Liaising with the customer
• Managing and arranging sub contractors and internal staff visiting
• Carrying out electrical planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Assisting the mechanical engineer with planned and reactive tasks
• Working through detailed reports of completed and up and coming works as well as assisting internal management staff with WIP management

Must be electrical qualified with a minimum of 5 years commercial building maintenance experience, plus lead engineer experience too
