Due to a change in contractual need, we need a Mobile Electrician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to a commercial buildings across Ealing

About the Role

The Mobile Electrician, you’ll ensure all electrical systems within offices operate safely and efficiently. From carrying out PPM (planned preventative maintenance) to responding to day-to-day issues (reactive works), you’ll play a key part in creating a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace for the buildings office staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs across the office.

• Performing fault-finding, testing, and planned preventative maintenance.

• Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and small power systems.

• Ensuring all work meets electrical regulations and company safety standards.

• Assisting with general facilities tasks and responding to helpdesk requests.

• Liaising with external contractors during all facilities related projects.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).

• Experience working in commercial or office environments.

• Strong fault-finding abilities and a commitment to safety.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) is desirable but not essential.

This role would suit either an experienced maintenance engineer looking for a local role or an install electrician looking for an opportunity to move into building maintenance
