🚨 Project Manager – Contract (Rail / Infrastructure)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join on a long-term contract, supporting key infrastructure projects. The role involves leading project delivery from planning through to completion, managing cost, programme, and quality while keeping everything on track through clear communication and strong stakeholder management.

📍 Location: Ashby (3 days per week minimum) / Chippenham (1 day per month)
📅 Contract Dates: 10/11/2025 – 30/09/2026
📑 IR35: Outside

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing project delivery, ensuring progress against cost, time, and quality targets

• Managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources

• Working closely with internal teams and clients to keep projects aligned and moving forward

• Supporting reporting, forecasting, and governance requirements

• Leading by example on safety, quality, and performance

• Identifying risks early and finding practical solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in project delivery within engineering, rail, or infrastructure

• Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• A confident communicator who can work across teams and stakeholders

• Commercial awareness and a good handle on project controls and reporting

• Proactive, solutions-driven approach to delivery
