Data Management Duties:

1. Collection of relevant data from both internal and external agencies to identify families who may be ready for PBR claim. Initially prioritising the backlog of missing data.
2. Visit relevant practitioners and services across the council and wider partnership to ensure understanding of the data requests and required timing to comply with the Troubled Families PBR claims.
3. To support on reporting processes for the Troubled Families programme, including the data collection and analysis processes, and the monitoring of existing data and processes.
4. Accurately input, monitor and retrieve data from partner agencies in readiness for PBR claim.
5. Support the verification of Troubled Families ready for PBR claim by reviewing data on bespoke software tools, and using a range of internal data sources (for example, Childview Tribal, Mosaic, Revenue & Benefits).
6. Alongside relevant practitioners, help record and maintain the accuracy of data within Mosaic about all Troubled Families.
7. To work closely with Children and Young People’s Policy and Performance Team, ITU and the other Data teams to ensure that effective systems, processes and workflows are maintained to meet local and national reporting requirements in relation to Troubled Families.
8. To assist the Troubled Families Senior Data Analyst in identifying opportunities in relation to data capturing within the Troubled Families programme.
9. To ensure the Troubled Families cohort identification and monitoring systems and their use complies fully with the requirements of Audit, the Data Protection Act, The Human Rights Act and any other relevant legislation. To take part in Early Help Family Support Service audit requirements as required.
10. To contribute to data monitoring performance reporting and evaluation of the wider Working with Families initiative as required.
