Payroll Administrator required in London.

The main objective is to focus on the weekly payroll and ensuring nurses are paid correctly.

  • Be responsible for the weekly payroll of around 150 timesheets.
  • Processing and coding timesheets.
  • Data entry on the payroll spread sheet.
  • Checking thoroughly through the draft payroll to ensure there are no errors.
  • Checking rejected or duplicated invoices.
  • Invoice queries.
  • Verifying new nurses pack to ensure they receive payment.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in regards to payroll queries.
  • Double checking the draft payroll accurately.
  • Communicate with the recruitment consultants regarding their nurses.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in a recruitment agency would be advantageous
  • Administration experience is essential.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Literate
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently motivated
  • Organised and proactive approach to work
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Preferably local or no longer than an hour’s journey away
  • Can start immediately
