Job Summary

My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator/assistant for their established office in Chelmsford. They have been established for over 25 years and has built a strong reputation throughout the South East of England. Located in Essex, My client specialise specialise in providing quality windows and doors to the trade.

Main Responsibilities :

  • oversee Sales Ledger
  • credit control
  • banking and customer payments
  • assist the Senior Accounts Team in all aspects of accounts
  • maintaining statistical and financial records
  • general admin including stock orders, purchase orders and parts
  • telephone, post and reception duties
  • effectively communicate and manage relationships with key customers
  • provide outstanding customer service

To successfully secure this opportunity, you must have:

  • previous accounts experience
  • advanced computer skills including Sage 50 and Microsoft packages

Full-time

Required experience:

  • Accounts Administration: 2-4 years

Required licence or certification:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
