Coyle Group is looking for the perfect individual to revolutionise our talent acquisition strategy.

The Role:

You will take the lead for all internal recruitment across the Coyle Group. Genuine drive and motivation are crucial for this position and you will have the potential to make a massive difference to the business. You will be responsible for recognising, attracting and hiring the best talent in the industry, across all levels and divisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working with team leaders and directors to identify hiring needs
  • Proactively searching for the best talent in the industry
  • Promoting and filling internal vacancies
  • Supporting decision makers in interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability
  • Implementing new internal recruitment processes
  • Acting as an ambassador of the Coyle brand and selling it to potential candidates
  • Travelling to our regional offices - 13 nationwide

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in hiring - either agency or client side
  • Strong persuading, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in using social media and other digital mediums to engage with candidates
  • Ability to work autonomously
