Administrator Required Urgently 

You will be required to work for a very large Social Housing Organisation, this role will include flexible working hours and will initially be for a minimum of 3 Months. 

Some of your main duties will include:

  • Co-ordinate diaries of Gas trade operatives so that work is scheduled and managed effectively.
  • Knowledge of effectively utilising scheduling systems is desirable.
  • You will be required to provide a high level of customer services handling incoming calls and communications from staff, residents and potential residents with repairs and property maintenance related queries and complaints.
  • You will be knowledgeable and courteously to customers, ensuring they are provided with accurate and timely information in a relevant format and are kept up to date with progress.
  • The role involves maintaining effective filing systems, database records and processes that enable the accurate recording and timely provision of information, ensuring they are as user friendly and as accessible as possible.
  • Knowledge of planning experience and customer call handling essential.
