A Social Housing organisation require a Facilities Manager or Officer to work on a temporary, full time basis. 

You will be based in Newbury but there will be some involvement of travelling to other offices - these include Christchurch, Basingstoke, Bristol etc.

A Full UK Driver’s License is essential.

You will have excellent facilities knowledge and you will be filling the void and delivering on some unfinished projects. 

Some of your main duties will include;


Manage the Facilities Helpdesk to ensure increased customer satisfaction and service improvement. Report on performance and statistics as required.
Deliver approved Facilities Management projects and tasks, working closely with the Head of Facilities and bringing in support from the Facilities Officer for assigned area.
Update and deliver the Facilities Management Annual Maintenance Plan and Forward Maintenance Plan.
