Main Purpose of Job

To provide customer service support to IMR Customer Service Team

 Accountability

The post holder will be responsible to the Customer Strategy Manager

 Main Duties and Responsibilities

 We are currently looking for an experienced customer service candidate to join our team. Customers are at the heart of our business and with over 6 million customers to care for we need a dedicated and personable team to manage over 7,000 of our daily calls. We are now recruiting for exceptional customer’s service individuals to join our journey and work towards our long term business goals.

Based at our Lincoln office, you will become part of a busy and thriving team working closely with our customers to deliver an outstanding service and ensure that 100% customer satisfaction is provided at all times. You’ll be answering customer queries and your role will also involve processing insurance issues, proactively contacting customers, analysing data and resolving all manner of queries to a high standard.

 Essential Attributes

 To be successful within this role you will ideally be a very customer focused individual where you have proven experience of managing customer’s expectations and delivering a high class service. You will be a good negotiator and have the ability to engage and build strong working relationships with your customers and colleagues and possess a very friendly, enthusiastic and genuine manner over the telephone at all times. Clear, concise communication skills are required alongside a positive and genuine empathy for working with customers.

Education

Holder of relevant vocational qualifications.
