Our Health & Wellbeing Pledges

1. To support our people with the knowledge and opportunities to make positive Health and Wellbeing choices.  

In 2023, rolling out training so that in every office there is one male and one female who are qualified mental health first aiders.

Increase awareness of Employment Assistance Programme to 50% by the end of 2023.

Measure annually the number of online and telephone GP appointments booked by Coyle employees using the Pirkx platform.

Increase the use of cycle to work scheme by 500% on baseline data of 2022.
