KVI 1: In 2024/25, increase the number of NEET individuals employed within our education division to 10 NEETs per month. In doing so encouraging more people into the world of teaching.
KVI 1.1: In 2024/25, continue to develop and Strengthen relationships with the Salvation Army, People Plus etc. and increase the number of NEET individuals hired to 6 per month.
KVI 1.2: In 2024/25, continue to develop this programme and increase the number of FTEs aged 18+ years hired who are rehabilitating or ex-offenders to 10 for the year.
KVI 2: In 2024/25, provide mandatory training to 35 nurses per month free of charge, allowing them to complete revalidation and continue practice.
KVI 3: Continue to build partnerships with training providers to provide training to 16-25-year-olds, giving them the skills they need to work on the railways/construction sites, with the guarantee of consistent work.
