Achieve Social Value Quality Mark Level 2 no later than February 2024.

Employ a social value lead by the end of 2023.

2 award entries per year which include Social Value. Monthly communications to staff regarding social value, with a quarterly update from Directors. Produce a base line data report and promote through external communications.
