Health & safety meetings at all levels, candidate awareness campaigns, and our bespoke candidate communication system are just some of the measures we take to ensure the safety of our workers.
As a responsible employer, we are fully aware of our obligations and duty of care under all UK legislation and sector-specific regulations. We have implemented a set of comprehensive and robust processes to meet all requirements. We are constantly monitoring regulations and legislation and are able to quickly react to any changes to ensure we remain compliant.
We are fully committed to supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of our candidates. Our consultants work closely with our workers and communicate with them on a regular basis to discuss any issues. We offer a free-of-charge occupational helpline which offers help and advice to candidates (and internal employees) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Coyle have developed unique software that calculates real-time fatigue in our workers. If a worker has worked too many hours, in compliance with AWR regulations, we will not be able to book them for a shift.
Our shift booking system integrates with our candidate competency database. This means we are unable to book a worker for a shift unless they have the minimum required skills or qualifications.
Our candidates receive periodic health and safety updates and briefings via our very own platform - Health & Safety Matters. This ensures they are aware of any project-specific risks and any changes to regulations.
