Coyle Personnel is thrilled to announce that we have once again been awarded Gold accredited membership as part of The 5% Club’s esteemed 2024-25 Employer Audit Scheme. This accolade highlights our continued commitment to empowering our employees through “earn & learn” initiatives such as Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes, and Sponsored Student Placements.
Achieving the Gold status reflects our dedication to nurturing the professional growth and development of our workforce. It underscores our belief that investment in people is the cornerstone of long-term success. Through programs that offer hands-on learning, we are creating pathways for professional growth, equipping our staff with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
By being part of The 5% Club, Coyle Personnel proudly stand alongside over 1,100 forward-thinking employers who are dedicated to driving positive change. The 5% Club represents a powerful movement of companies working together to make workplace training more inclusive, diverse, and accessible. Collectively, members support 1.9 million employees, with more than 108,000 individuals participating in "earn and learn" schemes. The Employer Audit rigorously assesses our efforts, future ambitions, and commitment to social mobility, diversity, and inclusion, further strengthening our mission.
Out of 129 distinguished members, Coyle Personnel is honoured to be recognised as one of the outstanding Gold; members of The 5% Club. This achievement puts us at the forefront of workplace learning innovation, and we look forward to expanding these opportunities even further.
As a member of the 5% club, we are able to engage with Government as part of the wider collective, promoting a unique and credible “voice of the employer” drawn from multiple sectors and sizes, on any/all aspects of the skills debate (i.e. not just apprenticeships), identifying issues and addressing failings in the system, including through its surveys.
Speaking on the benefit of apprenticeships, Nick Markwell, Manager of Coyle Rail, said; "We are immensely proud to be awarded a gold membership of the 5% club for the second year running. Supporting apprentices and giving the next generation the skills required to ensure our industry thrives, runs deep within our values at Coyle Personnel Ltd and we look forward to making more opportunities for apprentices throughout 2025."
