Coyle Personnel is proud to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious Silver Social Value Quality Mark by Social Value Quality Mark CIC. This accreditation recognises organisations that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to creating positive social, economic, and environmental impact.

The Silver Social Value Quality Mark is a rigorous standard in the UK, signifying Coyle Personnel's dedication to values-led business practices and our focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for candidates, clients, communities, and the environment. This achievement highlights our ongoing efforts to embed social value into the core of our operations.

Building upon our commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices, we have demonstrated a robust approach to measuring, calculating, and enhancing our social value. Achieving the Silver level accreditation reflects our continuous improvement and positions Coyle Personnel as a leader in the recruitment sector regarding social impact.

 

To attain this recognition, Coyle Personnel underwent a comprehensive assessment, evaluating performance across key areas, including:

  • Creating opportunities for individuals who face barriers to employment, such as those who are NEET (not in education, employment, or training), long-term unemployed, or ex-offenders.
  • Investing in staff upskilling through education and training to build a more capable and resilient workforce.
  • Reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainability within business operations to mitigate environmental impact.
  • Supporting employees in making positive health choices that benefit their mental and physical well-being.
  • Demonstrating the positive impact of these actions through robust data collection, analysis, and reporting.

This accreditation reinforces Coyle Personnel’s position as a socially responsible organisation. With Silver status now secured, we are eligible to apply for the Gold Award after maintaining its commitment at this level for 12 months.
