We’re recruiting a skilled Hard Services Facilities Manager to join a established, building maintenance company delivering high-quality services, nationally, this is to take ownership of a building in Rotherham. This is a varied role working across commercial sites, maintaining building systems.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct Engineering teams to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Assist with diagnosing faults and carry out repairs efficiently

• Ensure compliance with SFG20 and statutory regulations

• Work across multiple sites delivering high service standards

• Complete job reports and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Hard FM / building maintenance

• Multi-skilled background (mechanical or electrical bias)

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and plant rooms

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
