Job Description

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work within a large industrial building in the Durham area

The Maintenance Engineer will be carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within the office environment at a large industrial unit 

Checks will include planned checks on plant and equipment, including visits to plant rooms and across the office areas - lighting, power, plumbing, water treatment, etc

Temp role running for approximately 1 month

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Must be qualified in either electrical (to Level 3 and 18th edition) or plumbing / heating / Air Conditioning (level 2)
