Senior Estimator – Building Maintenance
Location: London
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Join a well-established, family-run maintenance company with a strong reputation across London. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to play a key role in winning and delivering high-quality building maintenance contracts across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and SFG20-compliant services.

The Role:
You’ll lead the estimating function, producing accurate, competitive tenders and supporting the growth of the business. Working closely with directors and operations teams, you’ll have real influence in a company where your expertise is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for building maintenance works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

• Interpret specifications, drawings, and SFG20 maintenance standards

• Manage tender submissions from initial enquiry through to award

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing

• Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving solutions

• Support business development and client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within building maintenance / Hard FM

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems

• Good understanding of SFG20 standards

• Commercially aware with strong attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a hands-on approach

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
