  • Reconciling shifts worked against shifts recorded on the client system
  • Sending accurate timesheet data to payroll for processing
  • Setting up new clients on our system
  • Ensuring all required documentation is received from new clients
  • Handling and resolving queries from clients and internal teams
  • Sorting, filing, and sending invoices
  • Creating consolidated invoice templates
  • Checking that invoice requirements are being met for each client
  • Assisting the AR clerks with any ad hoc duties as required

Role Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a finance/admin environment
  • Comfortable working with systems and data entry
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, can-do attitude

Benefits of the Role:

  • Structured on-the-job training and mentoring from an experienced AR team
  • Practical experience in finance administration and payroll processes
  • A recognised apprenticeship qualification
  • The opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing group of companies
