  • Prepare reports and documentation for Ofsted, internal governance and commissioners
  • Promote partnership working with families, carers, commissioners, MDTs, clinicians and external professionals
  • Lead service development, continuous improvement initiatives and change management
  • Actively pursue continued professional development and maintain professional registration

  • Proven success through Ofsted inspections
  • Experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex needs and/or EBD
  • Strong experience managing and developing diverse staff teams
  • Experience working with MDTs, clinical teams, CPNs and therapists
  • Demonstrated ability to support young people to achieve care‑plan‑based outcomes

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication
  • Budget management and resource planning expertise
  • Ability to manage risk, safeguarding concerns and complex behaviours
  • Organised, resilient and solutions‑focused
  • Creative, flexible and committed to innovation and improvement
  • Strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion

This role is service‑based and includes travel between sites/boroughs as required. Flexibility is essential to meet operational needs.
